Click "CREATE CAMPAIGN"
Select Quick Campaign Setup
Name your campaign and Click "CREATE A DRAFT CAMPAIGN"
When prompted to save the campaign, Click "SAVE AS DRAFT"
Navigate to the actions column for the newly created campaign and click on Setup
In the Campaign Setup Wizard:
Select your targeted locations
Select your targeted segment
Apply Segment Exclusion if needed
Set your Campaign Start Date
Set your Monthly Budget
Save your Campaign
