If Salesforce Integration is functional, on this view you can choose a specific Account List available on Salesforce for the given Salesforce user. You also need to assign an N.RICH Account Segment for the account list. You can either create a new segment or add to existing one. All accounts within the selected list will be synced periodically with N.RICH system and will become visible under the selected segment. After clicking SYNC and SAVE, the window can be closed and the sync will be active. You can also do a one time import through unchecking Account Sync Enabled selector before saving.

Salesforce Requirements

In order for the Salesforce Account Syncing to work, the given Salesforce user needs to have access to one or more account lists that include account or accounts including at least one contact with email address each. integration uses the Salesforce ID's of the accounts under the selected Account List and fetches the most common email domain under the contacts of each account. This domain will be used as the primary domain within N.RICH system and can be previewed when setting up the integration. In case there are unwanted domains appearing it is recommended to update the contacts under the specific account or add a rule to the Salesforce Account List excluding the unwanted domains.
