You can bulk rename accounts on N.Rich by re-importing the existing accounts again with a different name. This process requires importing either the account domain or account domain and CRM id along with the new name of the account:
Option 1: CRM ID, Domain, New name of the account
Option 2: Domain, New name of the account
It is recommended to use Option 1 always if possible. The most efficient way to rename accounts is to first do an export of a specific segment or all segments from the segments view. The “Account Data” sheet of the export includes the primary CRM ID’s and Domains of the accounts, so it’s easy to rename the accounts on that file and import the account data sheet as a separate excel file.
