Accounts with valid domains

Account that has been previously added from any source. Also could include accounts that were removed.

Rows with unique CRM ID’s that are missing the domain or having an invalid domain.

Missing domain or name and country

Rows with unique CRM ID’s that are missing the domain, or name and country

Conflicting CRM ID and domain data

Rows with unique CRM ID’s and domains in which the CRM ID is included to one account group and domain to another.

Conflicting account name

Rows with unique CRM ID’s and/or domains that have a different account name compared to what was imported before

Let N.Rich to find alternative domains

Use N.Rich system to find alternative, parallel domains to the accounts that are included in your file. Country and account name are required in order to perform the lookup. This will consume domain lookup credits.

Update the existing account with the data in your file. For example adding a different domain or a different CRM ID to the one already existing under the account.

Missing or invalid domain

In order to import an account, either or both of the following conditions need to be fulfilled; (1) account has a valid domain that can be imported, (2) account has a name and country defined, in which case you can use N.Rich lookup to find the domain.

On N.Rich every account is included to an account group that can consist of several CRM ID’s and domains. However, a specific CRM ID or domain can only exist within one account group. Therefore, it’s not possible to import CRM ID + domain combinations that are already included in two account groups (CRM ID in one, and domain in another)

Conflicting account name

Skip accounts with conflicting names

On N.Rich every account is included to an account group that can consist of several CRM ID’s and name pairs and domains. However, it is possible to have duplicate names included in several account groups. This option tells you whether the name you are trying to import is already existing in another account group and sometimes can be useful for understanding that something may be wrong with your file (e.g. trying to import name IBM to account group if intel.com). WIth this option you will skip such accounts.

Rename accounts

With this option you can decide to rename the account with conflicting name instead of skipping such accounts, e.g. originally you have name Intel Corp associated with account group with intel.com and you are trying to import IBM Corp with domain intel.com - if you selected this option, the name of the account group with intel.com domain would be changed from Intel Corp to IBM Corp.
